1. Introducing and building the Scrum development process, configuration management process, defect management, coaching the team reagrading the process.
2. Utilizing the Scrum methodlogies to manage offshore projects(customer are European carriers).
3. Building and maintaining good customer chi straightener, communicating with customers for project requirement, delivery model, capabilities,design doc, price proposal,contract etc.
4. Managing plan and milestones, tracking progress, managing risks, managing budget.
