This MES implementation project is for the biggest SLM manufacture in China; To tracing the every step in the SLM Modulecheap nike shoes manufacturing processes,Truly need to show the real cycletime at every segment in workshop,the most capacity a line can do,and flowed the key materials' lot information from income to outcome,through this critical process control,customer can really in charge of the daily output,the ship day,the due day for Sales Order and some QC information, based on these data,Engineers and managers can find out the bottleneck,failure station,bad material usaged status and other issues,then do something to improve it.at the end ,customer can depend on the MES system tools to achieve the biggest achievements The project was a customized MES system that the developping project based on our MES product named ciMes belong to Ares Incorporated.and the project scope just like these parts : injection flow course,painting course and assembly course, every course refer to a MES enterprise model,and every enterprise model cheap Wholesale nike shoes designed a different MES module to deal with the real manufacturing processing,the mes system setup sorts of workstation to collect the executing data like user id,workstation ID,routing ID,cycle time,operation result,routing stage tracks,Defect code,next operation instructions,alarm failure message and ect,all those binding with Work Order lot No. Based on the factory detailed data,the MES system made the all level management master needed reports and next instructions for the present operators ,then the factory manufacturing course under the control. in the project 2 roles I acted as, at first be a implementation consultant to deal with the requirment updating,changing,and re-building;then realized in the MES system;afterwards,in the begining of 2007, I acted as the project manager,and in charge of the accomplish agreement to sign up after sovled all remanet issues, by the end of March in 2007,the project signed in successfullyacted as a free consultant for Apriso to attend FounderTech MES implementation project in Dongguan site; analyzed the requirement in FounderTech company, sumerized the work-flows in FounderTech;used with Apriso Flexnet to realize the work-flow's function.
